By using the website vitadagolden.it you accept these terms. Please read them carefully: they explain what we offer, what you can do with our content and what each party is responsible for.

Who we are

The site is run by Cesare and Laura, the creators of La Vita da Golden. You can contact us at any time at vitadagolden@gmail.com.

The service

The site shares our life with Hera and Leo and offers free content: stories, tips, walks, the age calculator and a showcase of products we use. Members get a free personal area with the first chapter of our book, the selfie mini course, the health diary for your pets.

We do not sell anything on the site: products and the book are bought on the sellers' websites (for example Amazon), under their terms.

Your account

• To join you must be at least 14 years old and use a valid email address that belongs to you.
• You sign in with a link we send you by email: do not share it and keep your mailbox secure.
• You are responsible for the information you enter (profile, pets, diary) and for its accuracy.
• You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service or harms other users.

Health diary and tools

The health diary, the reminders and the age calculator are support tools, meant to help you stay organised. They do not replace your vet's advice: always ask a professional for any decision about your pet's health. We send reminders on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee they will always arrive.

Content and intellectual property

The texts, photos, videos, the book, the logo and the design of the site belong to La Vita da Golden or to their respective owners. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• copy, modify or republish the content, in particular the photos, the videos and the book chapters, without our written permission;
• use it for commercial purposes;
• scrape the content automatically or try to get around the protections of the site and of the members' area.

You are welcome to share links to our pages and to quote us, citing the source.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

Some product links, including those to Amazon, are affiliate links: if you buy, we earn a small commission at no cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We only recommend products we use or believe in, but prices, availability, shipping and warranties depend on the seller. We are not responsible for the content and terms of the third-party sites we link to.

Brand partnerships

Requests sent through the partnerships form do not commit us to accept them. Every partnership is agreed separately, in writing. Sponsored content is always labelled as such.

Limitation of liability

The content is offered free of charge and "as is". We share our experience with care, but it may contain errors or be out of date, and it is not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from being unable to use it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Privacy

How we process your data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page; for important changes we notify members by email. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use the site as a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence still apply.
